Q: What are your hours?

A: My working hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 not including holidays or weekends. I am the only one behind my shop and I do want time to spend with my family. I will always try my best to respond to any questions/concerns by email within 1 business day.

Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: Majority of the items in my shop are high quality and made from stainless steel. Although this type of metal can get wet, it should be handled with care. Avoid moisture by removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising and sleeping. Also avoid contact with lotions, perfumes or hairspray. Most charms are made from zinc alloy which means they are lead and nickel free but overtime they will tarnish or fade, I recommend to store them in an air tight container but the best way is to avoid moisture. I want you to be able to treasure your pretties for years to come.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: I do offer gift wrapping, depending on what you ordered. That item will be packed into a jewelry box and will be shipped to you. I wrap orders in cellophane bags to keep them safe. I also then wrap the boxes in bubble wrap and place them in a poly mailer for added protection. 

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: I do not accept returns for any items. Especially personal or custom items (i.e. name jewelry name accessories, custom jewelry with birthstone charms, letters/initials, ). If there is an issue with your order you can reach out to me at the customer service email provided.

Q: Can you change an address after an order is place?

A: No I am unable to change an address once an order is placed. Please make sure that your address is the correct one on file before ordering.
